Over many years as a professional photographer based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, I have compiled a gallery of photography showing commissioned and personal projects. Image categories include a wide range of topics such as Canadian landscapes of the prairies and the Rocky Mountains, rivers and forests of British Columbia, waterfronts of Eastern and Western Canada, details of nature and the wonderful world outside our front door.
I work for individuals, corporate clients and graphic designers. Many of the projects have been for Civic, Provincial and Federal governments. In 2008-2010 I was fortunate to be the chief photographer on a project for the University of Alberta Museums Collection. Eight weeks on location over the two years period I photographed Chinese Textiles of silk, ancient robes, scrolls 70 feet long, highly detailed boxes. All artifacts that date back hundreds of years. The photography was complied in the 2010 release book entitled Emblems of the Empire. Other projects for museums include The SouthEsk Collection from 1857 at the Royal Alberta Museum. My commissioned projects include photographing Architecture of buildings and bridges across North America, Heavy Industry in northern Canada, Editorial for magazines and trade publications, Local and National Corporate profiles for annual reports, Cityscapes for tourism and office display, Film and Television stills photographer, Events both corporate and charity. I have received high level Canadian Government security coverage that has allowed me to be personal photographer to some of the Royal Family of Great Britain during visits to Canada. Enjoy the works, please contact me directly from my contact page regarding any of your photographic needs.
Thank you for your time,
K.Jack Clark Phg.
